What is DJI Enterprise Shield?
DJI Enterprise shield allows you to replace your drones and camera systems for a small yearly fee, allowing DJI’s enterprise customers to focus on the job at hand. DJI Enterprise Shield is only available in the United States, Canada, and Mainland China.
The DJI Enterprise shield comes in two options, the DJI Enterprise Shield Basic and the DJI Enterprise Shield Plus. Both of which allow for your drones and their payloads to be repaired or replaced by DJI, with the Plus option having a few more benefits shown below.

Which one should I choose?
Both plans are great if you are using drones as a way to make an income, but which one is the best fit for your drone business?
If you are a small drone business and only have one or two drones, we recommend you go ahead with the DJI Enterprise Shield Basic. You are only able to get two replacements and repairs per year, and they cost a small fee, but this plan is also cheaper. That should make it a better deal for smaller drone businesses or ones that are just starting out.
If you are a larger drone business with five-plus drones, we recommend you go for the DJI Enterprise Shield Plus. This is because you are able to get your drones and/or payloads replaced or repaired as many times as needed without having to pay a replacement fee. You are also able to carry the plan across to all your drones and/or payloads, which is handy as well.
This program is for commercial operations, obviously, consumer drone pilots, like you and I, can look at DJI’s Care Refresh program for more affordable coverage for our DJI Mavic Air and other DJI Drones.
